B-But, RyuRyu, sever and severe are pronounced differently!
Sever = se-ver
Severe = suh-veer
AND they have different meanings! XD Either you're trying to say that you want to break something apart (or cut it, I guess) or is the issue really grave and serious? XD
I used to have trouble differentiating between the two as well. LOL Just ONE letter, and it gets thrown off.
Hope that argument gets resolved, eh?
